Mrs. Ana Luisa Ortiz-Aviles, age 80 of Blue Ridge, GA, formerly of Barranquitas, Puerto Rico, passed Tuesday evening, December 26th, 2017 at the Pruitt Healthcare Center of Blue Ridge, GA.
Mrs. Ortiz-Aviles was born April 28th, 1937 in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico to her late parents Juan Maria Ortiz-Ortiz and Felicita Aviles-Soto. Ana loved cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed bingo, listening to music, and loved animals. She is preceded in death by her husband, Angel Manuel Alicea-Maisonet.
Survivors include her children and spouses, Carlos Ortiz and Yolanda Aviles-Ortiz of Brandon, FL, Manuel Alicea of Pennsylvania, Ana Rosa Alicea and Angel Ortiz-Luna of Blue Ridge, GA, and Zulma Alicea and Margaret Evans of Blue Ridge, GA; grandchildren, Yolinet Hines, Alberto Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, Angelle Ortiz, and Arwen McFarland; sisters, Margarita, Carmen, Iris, Maria, and Nereida Ortiz; several nieces and nephews also survive.
No services are planned.
